2-3 c. chicken, cooked &
cubed
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. sliced strawberries
4-6 croissants, sliced in half.
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Spread evenly
on bottom halves. Top with remaining halves.
Makes 4-6 servings.
